Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Kyrio mobile application (the "App") operated by [DEVELOPER_NAME] ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kyrio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Kyrio is a family household management application that provides chore management with gamification, shared lists, dinner planning, movie night coordination, family calendar, subscription tracking, and other household tools. The App is designed for use by families, including children under parental supervision.
3. User Accounts
To use Kyrio, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Parents who create accounts for their children are responsible for their children's use of the App.
4. Children's Use
Kyrio allows parents to invite their children to join a household. Children's accounts are created and managed by a parent or guardian. By adding a child to your household, you consent to their use of the App under your supervision and to our collection of their data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. In-App Purchases
Kyrio may offer premium features through in-app purchases managed by RevenueCat. All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from app store payment processing.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data, using the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, interfering with or disrupting the App's infrastructure, or uploading malicious content.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by [DEVELOPER_NAME] and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App. You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [DEVELOPER_NAME] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
11. Changes to Terms
